Currently within the Fusion Compensation tool there is an Approval Process that includes Save & Submit functionality that must be completed by the lowest level leader and then approved by each leader up through the leadership chain. Principal does not require worksheets to be formally approved by each leader in a change of command as part of our process, instead we just select a date where actions entered into the tool are "final." The Fusion Compensation module does not currently have a way to shut this function off. As a workaround there has been additional verbiage added to the tool to instruct leaders to use the save button, but not the submit button, and the approvals tab has been modified to appear as an analytics tab.
We would like the ability to turn off or hide the "Submit" button, the "Return for Correction" function and all other functionality associated with the Comp Approval process so that we can remove the additional verbiage allowing for clarity and less noise in our process.
