Goal

Question:
Unable to find "Upload Person Benefit Groups" functionality:

Within areas of responsibility, we want to use the "Benefit Group" field. I am able to create benefit groups, however, cannot find the tool to actually assign people to these groups in SGI's environments. Normally, in manage benefit groups page, there is a button called "Upload Person Benefit Groups", and allows for the assignment to be made by an Excel upload. However, in client, this button is missing to even any super users with seeded security roles.
