Symptoms

On : 11.1.7.0.0 version, Opportunity Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
when logging with some custom role , the sales stage filed is read only (custom role is a copy of Sales Representative role (done in APM)

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Sales stage should editable and LOV displayable and editable

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
A)
Logged first with User having custom role
Edited an Opty
both sales stage filed (the second is SalesStageId so the one to test ) are read only and even not displayed as LOV( SalesStageId is a LOV type)


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot update sales stage filed by ussing LOV
