On : 11.1.8.0.0 version, Installation, Deployment & Upgrade 3.05.06

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After installing Oracle Sales Cloud for Outlook and opening Microsoft Outlook the First Run Assistant does not appear

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The First Run Assistant should launch when Outlook is started after installing Oracle Sales Cloud for Outlook

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install Oracle Sales Cloud for Outlook
2. Open Microsoft Outlook
3. The First Run Assistant not opens.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot launch the Oracle Sales Cloud for Outlook First Run Assistant.
