Zip Code Selection Not Returned After Zip Code Search on iPAD

When performing Search on Zip Code and making a selection, after waiting minutes, no result is returned and Application is Locked Up, forcing Re-Login of Fusion Sales Application

Zip Code Search returns results properly.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Fuse application in IPAD
2. Click Customers
3. Click Create Button
4. Click State
5. After Highlighting/Selecting a Zip Code from the List and Click OK, Search takes minutes and returns the following. NO other issues with accessing data.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot search zip code on iPAD
