Document Sharing Task not displaying Manager Ratings to the worker

When the Line manager completes the evaluation and shares the performance document with the worker, the worker is not able to see the ratings provided by the manager.

Expect that the worker should be able to see the Manager Ratings

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as Manager and Share the Performance Document with the employee
2. Employee views the performance document
3. Employee is not able to view the ratings provided by the Line Manager
