Requisition Lines Does Not Show Up When Using Tax Classification Code

Requisition Lines does not show any details after adding lines to the cart.
1. Created Req with two lines, After adding lines to the cart, Total shows 0.00
2. Click on Edit and Submit button, Requisition Lines doesn’t show any details.
Should be able to retrieve the Requisition Lines. Total should reflect the correct amount.
Steps To Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Click on Requisition Line Entry under the Quick Links
2. Add a Requisition line.
3. Add to the cart. The cart section shows the req total as 0.
4. Edit the created req from Manage Requisition page. Requisition Line Region is empty.
