Customization Migration Failing From DEV To INT

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When running the Customization Set Migration Utility to migrate the data to the target instance, it fails with the following error:
- Login to Fusion Applications.
- Select Navigator - Tools - Customization Migration
- Click on Incoming Tab.
- Ente the name of the customization set.
- Select the File and Run Import
- Customization Set Migration fails with the above error.
