Symptoms

Missing Actions in Manage Personal Payment Methods after recent patching though all pre requisite procedures like defining payroll,defining organizational payment methods,attaching payroll to an employee.

1. Navigate to Personal Management.
2. Open an Employee.
3. Click on Manage Personal Payment Methods and
4. Notice that drop down for Actions does not show anything.
