If an employee is in Russia, then after the two levels of delivered approval, it needs to be routed to HR_Specialist_RU a custom role associated with the HR Specialist in the Russia only ( this rule is only for Russia).

If the employee is in Poland it needs to be routed to HR_Speciallist_PL.
