Fusion Compensation Management: Email Notification Change Via BPM Rule Not Being Picked up by Compensation Plan

BPM Rule changes not being picked up by Compensation Plan
We changed the BPM notifications settings for compensation because no notifications (for approval/submission/etc) were being sent out. After saving and committing the changes in the BPM notification settings, still no notifications are being sent out for the same Compensation plan.
Notifications are working for every other tasks (e.g. HR changes, absence requests, etc.).
