Goal

Is there a way to get the default timezone for a given country?

Scenario:
- a sales rep creates a new Contact - John - in Sales Cloud
- John's primary address is located in Brazil
- sales rep needs to speak with John, so he navigates to Contact screen in order to fetch his phone number
- in an easy way, sales rep verifies that John's timezone is GMT -3 and concludes it is too soon to call him yet - better wait a few hours

Is there a OOTB way to find our in the application what the default Time Zone is for a country? If not, what is a possible workaround?
