Fusion PIM: NIR Notification Shows All Items After Request For Information Or Reassignment (Doc ID 1900285.1)

Symptoms

After users 'Request For Information' (RFI) on a New Item Request (NIR) notification to another user / initiator, NIR Notifications start to show all items in all the NIRs.

This even happens when users manually reassign the notification to another user.


The NIR notification should only show line items added to it, and not other NIRs items.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Create a NIR and workflow triggers
  2. User receives notification for definition task
  3. User requests for information (using Actions > Request For Information on notification) from NIR creator or someone else OR
    User assigns the notification to another user, other than creator of NIR
  4. When new user (either for RFI or reassignment) receives notification all items from all the NIRs are shown
