Goal
This document provides a solution to one of the most common real life scenario in a Fusion Applications environment (On-Premise, Hosted or SaaS offerings) where there is a need to provide restricted access to an IT Help Desk user who can carry out the basic User Administration tasks as listed below:
- Change User Password
- Modify OIM Account Status
- Modify User Status
- Search User
- View User Details
- Assign/Revoke roles
NOTE: This user should NOT have functional access to Fusion Application.
