Fusion PIM: NIR# On Notification UI Gets Updated Incorrectly

The NIR# on notification details UI gets updated incorrectly. This happens after the user navigates to task from the notification and saves the task and comes back to notification details UI.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Notification for NIR that requires definition
2. On the notification detail UI, in the header section, NIR# shows as NIR261
3. Click on Go to Task Icon
4. Task Screen Displays
5. Perform tasks and click save and close
6. After Save and Close. NIR # on the notification detail UI has been updated to NIR2.
