Symptoms

On : 11.1.8.0.0 version, File Based Loader

When loading files via FBL, users observe successful load for the Person with three files (Name , Person and Legislative Data).
On trying to run the Person Email and Person national Identifier files, the batches are stuck and do not process after a while.
