Contingent workers do not have access to record absences, although they have access to the duty "Record Absence Duty"
In My Portrait > Actions, there is no link to Record absences

It should be possible for contingent workers to record absences.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), add the duty "Record Absence Duty" to the Contingent Worker role
2. In Person management > Manage Element Entries, assign an absence plan to the contingent worker.
3. Log in as the contingent worker, and navigate to My Portrait > All actions. there is no link to record absences.
