Symptoms
When trying adding an element entry an error occurs with both the submit and save functions on the element entry screen.
Error
"The message is ORA-01403: no data found ORA-06512: at line 83 ."
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Go to element entry screen.
2. Select Create Element Entry.
3. Add in necessary information>Clicked save>Click submit
4. Encounter reported error.
