Goal Notification - Approve/Reject action is not working correctly

Symptoms

On : Fusion Goal Management, Rel 7, Manage Worker Performance-Manage Goals

Goal Notification - Approve/Reject action is not working correctly

Ongoing issue with the Fusion goal notifications that require an approval. These notifications are showing “Actions: Approve Reject” in the body of the email. If someone clicks on them, they open an email with an invalid email address of actionable@example.com, and the goal does not get approved or rejected. The manager must log into Fusion and access the task on the right of the home page under Worklist/Notifications.

When Approve/Reject is clicked in the notification, it opens up an email addressed to actionable@example.com.

The "Approve Reject" action to work and actually approve or reject from the notification. Right now it opens an e-mail when you click on it.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. As a Manager navigate to Performance Management
2. Access the task on the right of the home page under Worklist/Notifications.
3. It generates notification
4. Notice when Approve/Reject is clicked in the notification, it opens up an email addressed to actionable@example.com.
