Import Button Is Not Visible In Manage Sandboxes UI

Unable to see Import button in Manage Sandboxes UI . Hence cannot import customizations.
1. Login to Fusion Applications
2. Select Manage Sandboxes from Administration menu.
3. Manage Sandboxes UI is displayed but no Import button visible.
