A Mandatory Field Document Code Is Displayed On Document Of Record (Doc ID 1903205.1)

A mandatory field "Document Code" is displayed on manage Document Records when creating a new document of record.

Since document code is not part of setup, should not appear in Manage Document Records.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. go to Manage Document Types and define a New Document Type named "Business Card Request"
2. disable all the required fields namely Document Number, From Date, From To etc.
3. go to Manage Document Descriptive Flexfield and configure the document descriptive flexfield to capture some additional fields.
4. go to Manage Document Records for one person and create the above defined document type : even though Document code was never configured, it appears in this screen and it's mandatory.

The issue has the following business impact:
Customer didn't have this field in R7; and this field has appeared after upgrade to R8.
