Not Able To Give An End Date For The Elements

We added a recurring element to an employee using " Manage Element Entries " page. Even if we choose Update/correct mode then we are not seeing the filed " End Date " in update/correct mode.

We should be able to end date an element entry.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Payroll Administration.
2. Go to Task Manage Element Entries.
3. Attempt to end date this recurring element.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot end date element entries and is affecting Project end dates.
