Fusion Benefits: Once Employees' Coverage Is Terminated, They Are Not Sent On Benefits Extract File, Not Even Once (Doc ID 1903822.1)

Goal

Once employees' coverage is terminated, they are not sent on Benefits Extract file.

BenXML is being used for Benefit interfaces with a requirement to send the coverage end date to the plan carriers after the coverage is end dated in a plan.

If this is not handled, the coverage would be end dated incorrectly by plan carriers on incorrect date due to missing person record in the file, which would result in incorrect billing by plan carriers.

Requirement is to pass the person record at least once to the plan carriers after coverage termination so that the correct coverage end date and termination dates are passed to plan carriers.

This issue specifically impacts people whose coverage is end dated in plans
