Fusion PIM: Multi Row Record Is Mandatory When It Is Used In Item Mapping For XML File In R8 (Doc ID 1905143.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.8.0.0 version, Consolidate Product/Service Master Data-Manage Import Batches

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Create an item map for a XML file which contains multi row attribute groups.
Not every item contains a record for the multi row attribute group.
The import does not except a missing row. It gives an error, saying there mandatory attribute(s) is missing.
This is caused by the fact that the key attribute in the multi row groups are mandatory.
It should be possible to upload an item without this problem.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Gaps in data should be bypassed without error

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an item map for a XML file which contains multi row attribute groups.
2. Ensure that there are some detail gaps in attribute lines
3. Batch rejects with error 'You must provide a value for the attribute Add. Classification Agency Name, ADD. Classification Category Code.
