Internal error during import of attribute group when the value for a key attribute does not exist

ERROR
-----------------------
Internal error during import of attribute group when the value for a key attribute does not exist in value set.
Internal error message in the logfile of process Item Import Child: JBO-27035: Attribute TransactionId is required.

This happens when you pass an invalided value (a value that does not appear in the value set) for an attribute that is part of the key of a multi row attribute group.
When pass an invalid value for a non-key attribute or for a single row attribute, the system gives a 'normal' error message on the error tab of the import batches screen.
We are using independent value sets.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create multi row attribute group
2. Import including a value not in the attribute group.
3. Non key or single row attribute gives normal error, multi row gets log error.
