ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

A Retro change was introduced on 3/3/14 and when the next paycheck is calculated, the retro changes are not calculated by the payroll process.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When retro changes are introduced into the system, the changes should be used to calculate the new values for salary.
