Symptoms

On : 11.1.7.0.0 version, Security

When attempting to login to Fusion CRM for Microsoft Outlook when using ADFS STS (SSO), the following error occurs.

ERROR

FailedAuthentication : The security token cannot be authenticated.
WSM-00008 : Web service authentication failed.
Caused by: javax.security.auth.login.LoginException: Joe Bloggs
Caused by: javax.security.auth.login.FailedLoginException: [Security:090304]Authentication Failed: User Joe Bloggs javax.security.auth.login.FailedLoginException: [Security:090302]Authentication Failed: User Joe Bloggs denied

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure ADFS STS (SSO) for Microsoft Outlook
2. Attempt to login to Fusion CRM for Microsoft Outlook
