Multiple Us Addresses Of Same Type Are Allowed (Doc ID 1911107.1)

In Employee Self Service (ESS), when adding an address under Personal Information the user is able to enter and save 2 US addresses of the same type.
The expected behavior is the new address should be set to Primary and the previous address to be end dated.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Fuse -> Personal Information -> My Details -> Edit -> Edit My Details: Contact Information -> Address Add
2. Enter the address of the same type as an existing address
