Orders Not Shown in DOO workbench for a newly created Business Unit

Symptoms

Multiple orders were successfully entered in DOO. These orders are created in the database and can be queried from the back end. However when the user tries to query the orders in the DOO Workbench UI they are not found.

We have recently created a new Business Unit and created a role to support this. The Role has been assigned to the user who we are then using to view orders in the DOO workbench. The user is not able to view any orders created for the business unit.

Note the Role Name is DOO_ORDER_MANAGER_JOB_409_BU

The necessary roles were assigned to the user (Order Manager and Order Administrator of all the BUs) and the sync LDAP jobs have been executed.
