When a profile approval is rejected by line manager the notification doesn't show the profile details.
Steps to replicate the issue
1) As employee fill the license profile and send for managers approval
2) As manager reject the notification.
3) As employee open the notification: The Profile details section is blank
The profile details section is blank even when a transaction is approved.
