When attempting to cancel a Batch Upload process with a Batch Status of Processing and Process Status of Error, the following error occurs. Customer is also not able to run any new process and we have bounced the ESS server. When the customer runs another process - the Load process is stuck in Pending Objects and doesn't process any rows of data.
You cannot cancel this batch because the batch is no currently in progress. (HRC-1035176)
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Data Exchange.
2. Load Batch Data.
3. Attempt to run a process and review the processing.
