On : 11.1.8.0.0 version, Manage Payroll
When attempting to run prepayments for an employee that has a child support wage attachment,
the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add a child support deduction to an employee.
2. Process in a payroll or QuickPay and run prepayments.
3. Observe the process ends in error.
