Employee fails in payroll run with error:

Error occured when processing element {ELEM_NAME.(ETNAME=US_FEDERAL_INCOME_TAX_PROCESSOR)
Error occured during the formula execution. ORACLE_ERROR_TEXT=)(FORMULA_ERROR_TEXT=Formula US_TAX_FED, Line 288, too many rows returned. (3=GET_OUTPUT).
All other employees are working fine.
This employee was paid successfully during the previous pay period.
