Symptoms


When attempting to import compensation plan, the following error occurs.

LOG FILE SHOWS:
The Request is running for ESS request id:13633
ImportPlanObjectProgram started for plan Copy Request Id :300000000744013
essCallbackURL : http://ic-internal.oracleoutsourcing.com:10611/ess-async/essasynccallback
importProcessAsync Webservice invoked
ImportPlanObject:OnEvent Start


STEPS
1. Export compensation plan from another instance
2. Import into this instance
    Navigator > Compensation Plans > Processes > Manage Compensation Plan Import Processes > Create Compensation Plan Import Process
