Unable to Upload File from Fusion Applications

You are unable to upload the file trough 'File Import and Export'
Steps to Replicate:
- Navigate to File Import and Export
- Click on Add to upload file. Browse the File and Select account as scm/Item/Import . Click on Save and Close
- A blank row is entered without any information in file import and export
