Unable to Upload File from Fusion Applications (Doc ID 1918051.1)

Symptoms

You are unable to upload the file trough 'File Import and Export'


Steps to Replicate:

  1. Navigate to File Import and Export
  2. Click on Add to upload file. Browse the File and Select account as scm/Item/Import . Click on Save and Close
  3. A blank row is entered without any information in file import and export
