Symptoms

When attempting to create an item, following error occurs:

ERROR

JBO - 27024 Failed to validate a row with key oracle.jbo.Key[300000000640393] in itemVersionEO_ItemRevision_ItemEOToItemRevisionEO

Steps to reproduce
----------------------

  1. Navigator > Items > Create Items
  2. Enter required fields (Organization, item class) and click ok
  3. Error pops up
