When adding a new employee, the notification fails with errors:

HRC-1035165 You must reinitiate the transaction.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator->Workforce Management->New Person
2. On the tasks pane click on link Hire an Employee
3. Enter the required info and click submit
