Symptoms

When attempting to do auto scheduled import the import fails on second run,
The following error occurs.

java.lang.Exception: java.lang.Exception: No valid data file available for import. Unable to find a version of the file which has not already been imported. Please upload a new version of the file prior to the next scheduled execution of the import activity.
