Symptoms

Users encounter an error for few employee when running the accrual process for year end.
Payroll is not implemented so the absence elements were not setup as there was no need to transfer absence information to payroll.

Error

Payment information could not be transferred for payroll processing. Contact your administrator. (ANC-3405066)
Inform your administrator that an error was received during transfer of payment information. Person {PERSON_NAME}. Absence plan {PLAN}. Effective date {EFFECTIVE_DATE}. Payroll processing error {ERROR}.


Steps To Reproduce
1. Go to Person management.
2. Select person and go to Manage Absence Records.
3. Manage Absence Records --> Run Accrual process for selected plan.
4. Error is thrown.
