Data Source Roles not Visible Neither Assignable (Doc ID 1923656.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.7 version, Manage Customer Contract-Create Customer Contract

Unable to attach the data roles to the users creating contracts and due to that the user is unable to create contracts because the Business Unit it is not available.

STEPS to Reproduce
NAV: Contracts

1/ Assigned to specific user the roles :

2 / The business unit function is activated on the Customer Contract Management

3/ But there are no Data roles on business unit for such roles.
Should be able to assign the following roles :
-    Customer Contract Administrator
-    Customer Contract Manager
-    Customer Contract Team

Neither they can be assigned manually.
