Fusion OTBI - Custom Folders/Reports missing after Patch/Upgrade (Doc ID 1923939.1)

Goal

You are unable to view your custom folders in BI Catalog and all the shared folders besides the custom ones revert back to the default settings by Oracle after the upgrade.

For example, the fusion TAP, Marketing, Project, Sales, Service etc, all revert back to the original permissions and all users start seeing these folders.

You tried to hide these folders from the users since these dont apply to them.
