Fusion Global HR: End Date Not Getting Saved Properly While Creating Legal Entity After Upgrade from Release 7 (Doc ID 1924274.1)

Symptoms

A legal entity was created using 'Manage legal entity' task and the end date for the same was entered as '30/11/2013'.

However, when navigating to task 'manage legal entity HCM Information' for same legal entity, the same end date was shown as '30/01/2013'.

This worked after a bug fix in Release 7 but does not appear to have been carried over to Release 8.
