Symptoms

Errors occur while performing the preValidate.pl OIM step in an 11.1.7 to 11.1.8 upgrade.

Per Section 4.2.3 of the Oracle® Fusion Applications Upgrade Guide 11g Release 8 (11.1.8) manual, running
SHARED_LOCATION/11.1.8.0.0/idmUpgrade/perl preValidate.pl OIM REPOSITORY_LOCATION/installers,SHARED_LOCATION/11.1.8.0.0_post_repo_patches patchAutomation.properties

Not able to access administrators group.
