Symptoms

On : 11.1.8.0.0 version, File Import/Export

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When running File import for Sales Account , import is successful (ie data are well imported ) but status is not completed (batch remain active in UI
and also no logs are generated

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Status should be completed and a log with report of import should be generated

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator > Setup and Maintenance > Manage File Import Activities
2. > Submit batch > import is successful (see status in IMP/stage table)
3. But status is still active and no report log is generated

Note that workaround for bug :
Bug 19051810 - CAGK-TEST : IMPORT JBO-FND FND_ATT_DATA_NO_CONNECTION FND-2403
had been applied :
The Max capacity for DS ApplicationDB_rac1 and ApplicationDB_rac2 is already set to 500 in CAFI.
and Bounce of CRMCommonCluster Servers
