Symptoms

On : 11.1.8.0.0 version, HCM Common

When the user tries to configure the approval rules for Manage Person Approval using the setup task in Release 8, an error is encountered on clicking the configure button:

Steps To Reproduce
1. Navigator > Tools > Setup and Maintenance
2. Search for the setup task = "Manage Approval Transactions for Human Capital Management" and click on goto task.
3. Search for Manage Person Approval.
4. Click on configure.
5. Application error is encountered.
