Customer has the following requirement
When Line Manager Submits a HIRE it should go to the HR REP of the country for approval (Works fine)
When HR Specialist submits a HIRE, it should be auto approve (Works fine)
When an Employee who has both Line Manager and HR Specialist Roles, then it should be auto Approve.(Does not work). In this case it goes to the HR REP for approval.
