Real time matching: the possible duplicates window does not show the matching address
When the matching finds a possible duplicate based on an address that is not the primary address, in the Duplicate window, the primary address of the account is displayed, which is confusing for the users. If the duplicate identification was based on another address, then the matching address should be displayed on the duplicate window.
For example, let's assume that a customer X has two addresses:
- one from China, that is the primary one;
- another one from the US.
If the user creates a new customer with a name similar to customer X and the address exactly the same as customer X US address, then the duplicate matching window will show customer X with the address from China, although the matching address is the one from the US. This makes no sense and confuses the users.
The expected behavior is to display the matching address (that is the US address for the above scenario).
This issue is happening both in Classic UI and in Simplified UI.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a customer with two addresses:
- address 1 > primary;
- address 2.
2. Create a new customer with a name similar to the first one and the address exactly the same as address 2.
3. When saving, the possible duplicates window is displayed showing the first customer and address 1, although address 2 is the matching address.
