Symptoms

On : 11.1.8.0.0 version, Outlook Client

When attempting to launch Outlook after installing Sales Cloud for Outlook version 3.05.09, the following error occurs.

 Internal error: Oracle Sales Cloud for Outlook encountered an error. Please contact your system administrator.

The GeneralLog shows

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install Sales Cloud for Outlook version 3.05.09
2. Launch Outlook
