ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When you run the process Evaluate Temporal Event Participation it doesn't triggers the event Length of Service temporal.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Length of Service temporal to be triggered after you run the process Evaluate Temporal Event Participation.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Program train ->
2. Eligibility train stop
3. Life Event tab below -> Enrollment method/ Automatic
