Cannot Reset A Password For The Second User

On : 184.108.40.206.0 version, Manage Worker Performance
When attempting to login as FA user whose password was reset, OIM requires to provide a new password.
After that, when attempting to login as another FA user whose password was also reset and to provide a new password, the following error occurs.
Steps To Reproduce
1. Sign in to OIM.
2. Search user "User-A".
3. Click a link "Reset Password".
4. Set a new password and click Reset Password.
5. Search user "User-B".
6. Click a link "Reset Password".
7. Set a new password and click Reset Password.
8. Sign out of OIM.
9. Sign in to FA as "User-A" user.
-- Provide a new password.
10. Enter a new password.
11. Click Submit button.
-- Move to FA
12. Sign out of FA
13. Sign in FA as "User-B" user
-- Provide a new password, but at this time, login user is recognized as "User-A", not "User-B".
So, we cannot see the login user name.
14. Enter a new password.
15. Click Submit button.
-- Error "The password change operation failed while validating the old password."
